  • Provide strategic scientific advice to FEBS Council and Executive Committee
  • Promote scientific excellence and integrity
  • Identify emerging research areas and future opportunities
  • Support training, mentoring, and career development
  • Promote interdisciplinary scientific interactions
  • Increase the visibility and influence of FEBS in the European and international scientific landscape

Governance

The FEBS Research Academy Steering Committee serves as the executive and coordinating body of the Academy. It provides strategic leadership, oversees activities, and ensures that the FEBS Research Academy operates in accordance with its mission, objectives, and the broader goals of FEBS.  The Chair of the FEBS Research Academy is the FEBS Secretary General.
