FEBS3+ Meeting, Hungary: From molecules to living systems
The Hungarian Biochemical Society (HBS), Slovenian Biochemical Society (SBD), Croatian Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (HDBMB) and Serbian Biochemical Society (SBS) are collaborating in the organization of the conference 'From molecules to living systems', under the auspices of the FEBS3+ Meeting programme. The event will be held at the Hotel Azúr Conference Centre, Siófok, Hungary, between 2–5 September 2018.
The meeting will be an excellent opportunity to present scientific achievements, develop collaborations between academic and other partners, and establish new acquaintances with scientists from the region and elsewhere – and last, but not least, it is an ideal setting for a gathering of young scientists with their established colleagues. The scientific programme will consist of plenary lectures, invited lectures, numerous short presentations selected from submitted abstracts, and poster presentations.
There is a fellowship scheme to support participation of junior scientists (within 5 years of obtaining their PhD): application for this assistance is open now through the FEBS Junior Fellowship option on the conference webpage, until 30 April. Registration for other participants is open, with talk and poster abstract deadlines on 31 May and 30 June, respectively.
