‘Evolving Molecular Bioscience Education’: registration is open
A Biochemical Society and FEBS Training Event: 'Evolving Molecular Bioscience Education'
University of Chester, UK; 12–13 April 2018
This two-day training event is aimed at anyone teaching or supporting teaching in Higher Education, from early career researchers to established professors. The aim of the course is to share best practice and novel ideas with bioscience HE educators, to equip students with the key skills needed to succeed in their careers and enhance their experience. The event will comprise lectures, hands-on sessions, group discussions and poster presentations.
- Evaluating teaching practice through pedagogical research
- Engaging students in undergraduate research projects
- Teaching and assessing large cohorts using interactive and engaging methods
- Teaching postgraduate and international students.

Members of FEBS – that is, members of any of the national biochemical and molecular biology societies that make up FEBS (its Constituent Societies) – are eligible for a discounted registration fee.
