New!!FEBS Return-To-Europe FellowshipsReturn-To-Europe Fellowships are awarded to support outstanding scientists who, having left the European area for post-doctoral training elsewhere, wish to return to Europe for a post-doctoral position with a view to pursuing an independent research career. These Fellowships are granted for two years. Return-To-Europe Fellowships are normally awarded twice a year. Applications should reach the Chairperson of the FEBS Fellowships Committee before April 1st or October 1st of the corresponding year. However, in 2014, there will be a single call for this type of fellowship, with applications due by 1 October 2014. Thus, the next two deadlines for applications for Return-To-Europe Fellowships are 1 October 2013 and then 1 October 2014. In order to be eligible to apply for a Return-To-Europe Fellowship, applicants need to be members of a FEBS Constituent Society having obtained their PhD in Europe and having held a post-doctoral position overseas for no more than 4 years.
